- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total quoted cost.

4. Liability and Insurance
- Best Move Van Line is not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed, labeled, or protected.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their belongings are secured prior to the move.
- We recommend that customers obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items. Limited basic valuation coverage may apply as required by law.
